When customers engage with a business, they embark on a quest. They want answers to their questions. As a content and UX writer, my goal is to understand a visitor’s conflict, guide them along their journey, and offer an answer to their plight. By turning complex ideas into simple, digestible vocabulary, I help visitors reach the epiphany of their adventure offered by the website’s product or service. In the end, efficiency and empathy leads to client confidence and sales.

As a founder, I handled all aspects of business start-up, cradle-to-gate development, B2B & B2C sales, marketing and strategic planning, which all entails diverse forms of writing and communication abilities.
